Does anyone use stepmania on their tv in stead of monitor? I am using a nvidia 5900xt video card, looking for some tips on getting it to the tv, because a 19" just don't cut it.

Well, i use an S-Video cable to get my computer screen to my pretty large tv. If you can find and S-Vid slot in your tv (kinda looks like what you would plug a keyboard into) then buy the cable and go into your Nvidia settings and set the screens to Clone (or something like that)

yeah figured it would hook up through s-video, I am really looking for exact settings, ie. resolution and things of that nature so it looks decent.

standard NTSC tv resolution is 720 x 480...but you wont find anyway to get that...that said...most video cards automagically sync to the resoltion for your tv...i have a laptop with svideo out and SM 3.9 RC3 and that works fine with a 1024x768 resolution set in SM...so pretty much anything works

I played wargame through my TV out on my 27 inch TV and got over 100 perfects and like 15 greats. I normally get under 15 perfects AAA, almost every time i play it on computer.

Point being; it's not going to be synced properly through TV out.
