Which metal pads have lowered or raised arrows?

Which DDR metal pads have lowered or raised arrows? Is the Afterburrner the only one. Are the flat metal pads more durable than those with lowered arrows? My husband want a metal pad with lowered arrows for PS2 but the Afterburner is so new I don't know if it will be sturdy. E19.gif

The Afterburner works fine on the PS2.

It does not work on the Xbox or the USB. It gives errors such as "Power to usb port has been exceeded, power surge detected" on the PC and "Insert Controller 1" on the XBOX during the middle of songs, causing Boos when it resets.

If you're only planning to use it on the PS2, ever, it's an okay pad.

If you ever want to use it on the XBOX or the PC, don't buy it.

The ignition pads by Red Octane have raised arrows, at least the ones I beat down sensless within months. Other than that, I don't know.

A lot of people are going to be doing comparisons of the Afterburner to the Cobalt Flux, so you can get their takes.

My take: the afterburner is your best bet if you want something that feels just about as good as an arcade pad. the CF is good in terms of sensitivity and durability, but the blocks are all on the same level.

I weigh about 265; when I had my CF in good working condition, it moved around like crazy when I was playing songs with high-density steps. The afterburner barely moves, and I'm playing the same songs.
