You don't. There are no special ranks that you can receive by posting, or being a good poster, or anything like that. You can become a Contributor by submitting something and having it accepted (key word there). Everything else (Mods, Admins, Vivid, Staff Member) are given by Admins. Do not ask, you will not receive.
