Many Ignition 3.0 Questions!!!

I'm turning 17 in a month or so, June 26th. I'm big, 6'6 and almost 250 lbs. I've played on soft pads before, cheaper ones. I've had no trouble with them. I'm wondering if the Ignition 3.0 will acommedate me. I play all on heavy except for some of the hardest songs.

for ex paranoia heavy, lom standard, max300 standard, freckles heavy

some of my fav songs.

How will it register? How long will it last? I was thinking of an afterburner, but I'd like to be able to play safely in my socks.

Finally, how does the non-slip bottom work on carpet?

i really want to get a pretty good soft pad at home since the only time im playing is at my friends on his cheaper soft pads or at the arcade, where ive only gone to like 5x

Perhaps if you had read the forum announcement thread, you'd see that there's an official thread for every pad, and just because it's off the page doesn't mean you should start a new one.
