Did anyone buy the new Red Octane IIDX controller?

I just bought a brand new IIDX controller! I wanted to see if any of you have this same type of controller!

Call it a hint of buyer's remorse, but I have my doubts as to the viability of this controller. Sure, it works great, but something doesn't seem quite right about it...

Now, the person that sold the controller to me insisted that these holes were speed holes - for playing faster.

And Red Octane IS known for its great work with Bemani controllers. And when you see the label, you know it's up to the quality standards of the company!

So, in conclusion, I just wanted to give my thanks for any other opinions on this controller.
