Konami is sueing Roxor because they sell modifier kits that arcade owners put on the DDR cabinets, right? How is that breaking the law? If Roxor is just providing them, and the arcade owners installed them, wouldn't the arcade owners be held responsible? I mean, Roxor isn't the one going around installing the kits.
I don't understand. |
