| We purchased a metal dance pad and they sent us the inferior foam ignition pad. Which we had already and wore out in 2 months! I've tried email and have not gotten a response. They sent our pad to someone else. I really need help. |

How long ago did you send them e-mail? I'm guessing that since DDR Nation is relatively well-known, they get a lot of e-mails. Give them time. They'll be sure to respond.

| Which was almost a week ago. They say on their website that they'll contact you in 24-48 hours. NOT. So, I contacted PayPal. They said they'd try to help, but because we received something (even though it was wrong) they couldn't really promise anything. So, my feeling right now about DDRNation??? Buyer beware. |

| Maybe the item you ordered was a soft pad. I really doubt a well know company would hustle someone out of 300 bucks. |

| The Metal Pad went to a 4 year old in CA, we received her pad. The shipping cost was $35. I've already tried to see if they'll switch with us, but she's visiting relatives so I'm trying to resolve through the company. I know I ordered the right thing. Though it wasn't $300. They have good prices, I guess they were too good. |

well, try corporate again. I really doubt the family will switch with you.
If corporate doesn't help you, raise a complaint with the better buisness bearau. or the BBB. |
