Stepmania Help

I recently downloaded Stepmania but when I try to play it it says I need Direct X. Is there a way I can get that off the net? BTW I have a Pentium 2 with 288 MB Ram

Make sure to download DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft's Website and to download the latest drivers for your video card. (You can find those at your video card brand's website) And that's about it. 288MB of RAM is WAYYY too little. Go purchase some more.

Stepmania Minimum requirements:
Pentium 2 - 233 mhz.
128mb of ram
Voodoo 3 caliber video card or higher.
Ive run SM on this. when tweaked right, it runs at 300 fps on this hardware.

He needs to be very careful about setting it up, thats all.

Its my video card. It wont support it. I need a newer one
