| The modchip is...hardware, right? This might be locked... but yeah. I'm so confused about the modchip to play import ps2 ddr games. I've read everything on it and just don't understand- do you have to open up your ps2 to put it in? Does it come with instructiosn on where to put it? Is it easy to do? How much to they go for and where could I buy one? I tried all the site provided in the main import section and I have a lot of trouble using what they provided. Help me out, please? |

Yeah, this has become a confusing point for a lot of people - I think maybe naming this forum Controllers/Hardware was a bad idea, since people occasionally bring console-related questions in here...
There's a dedicated FAQ and sticky in the Consoles forum for modchip discussion. Read that over (the first few pages) and then if you still have a question, post it in that sticky.
