F*** you Van Halen (need help passing eruption)

Some help here would be greatly appreciated. I can do pretty decent on eruption until it comes to THAT part at the end. If youve played the song you know what im talkign about, its the huge run of 16ths that goes straight almost until the very end. I come to that part and my fingers just cramp up about 3/4 of the way through. Is there any secret technique for being able to do this without your hand cramping up? Or should I just practice and do hand aerobics or something? (by hand aerobics i do not mean masturbation) Any input would be greatly appreciated. And Im sorry if the title offends any Van Halen fans. Peace out.
