my red octane pad is cracking but its not messing up my game play (yet E19.gif ). I'm wondering if its fixable?

I this belongs in home in DDR console games...I'm not sure.

My pad is ripped on the inside, and my up arrow is dieing.

Is that what you mean?

yes my pad is cracked on the inside and some (about 1/2 inch) on the outside. like i can actually feel it when im dancing. my neighbor has a Red Octane too and hers broke in about a month. the comapny wont send refunds too. it sucks buttocks!! what do ido? i love my pad and for medical reasons(knee reasons) i have to use the red octanes and their to expensive to replace.

My pad lasted about 5 months before it started getting bad.

I'm on my 3rd metal pad. It's now the "guest pad", I bought a CF. I'm not impressed with red octane's quality control at all.

I assume this is the soft pad... can't you exchange it for another? Is your warranty up? Those soft pads can go for a while, even though the surface gets cracked. My friend used to get his foot stuck inside of the pad, but it still worked.

the down arrow on mine cracked after about a year

it took them 3 months to get a replacement in

but i got it fixed
