metal pad unresponsive arrow??

i have a metel pad thats new, but the back arrow dosent work at all. the lights come on when its pressed but there no response in the game. anyone know if theres a way for me to fix it?? help please.

Im not exactly sure of the problem, but maybe one of the wires in there got cut (panel to cbox). The curcuit of the cbox and panel is different than the lights. not exactly sure, but take the panel off and check the wiring on the sensor thing and see if the wires are on/not touching other side of sensor panel

You did *NOT* follow my instructions. I told you to read the START HERE thread. We've got pretty much *every* metal pad known to man covered in that thread. If it's not in that thread, it's almost certainly identical to one of them.
