DDR with XBox, PS2... I NEED HELP!!!

Hi,

ive tryed DDR on PS2 and its verry nice so im about to buy a system for DDR and ive been to TONS of web sites talking about DDR stuff to help me thru this process. But im still confused about which system would suit best for me.

So here are my questions:

1) I prefer recent techno/dance/house/trance kind of music but im open to all, so my question is UM2 (for XBox) has more of that kind of music then Max2 (for PS2) ?

2) I wonder is XBox series of DDRs are harder then PS2 ones?

3) Does the fact that you can play via online or with 4 players simultaneously with one console add a LOT more fun to the game?

4) And the last one, does the downloadable songs with XBox Live worth it, by that i mean, are they good new/recent popular songs you hear in bars and clubs or just non-knowed stuff just to keep us quiet ?

Without reading your whole post- if you want *lots* of variety, go for PS2, since you can play the current ps2 titles(what, like three or four of them?) plus all of the old psx titles like ultramix and all.

And if you mod or whatever(I don't), you have access to all the japanese ps2 titles, which about another three or four titles.

That, and in my personal opinion, XBOX ddr just doesn't feel like the "real thing."

Good point! And they all say that Japenese tracks are verry nice.

And ive seen sreen shots of UM2, the graphics are kinda different then the ones at the Arcade. PS2 graphics ressemble more of those seen at the arcade.

But with XBOX, you can play with up to 4 players with one console and theres the game online features that seems interesting...
