Yeah. I'm turning on excersize mode and am gonna go the equivalent of jogging 28.3 miles every Saturday to work on my endurance. I'm thinking about trying to break the world record for longest time playing of 40 hours. _________________

I think I've read somewhere that someone broke a record for playing DDR for a long period of time! Go for it man! If I had the home version,I'll try it myself! |

^^^you sunk my spell checker!
if you are really going for a record, you should have a lot of witnesses. If possible, do it in a public place. Also, I advise you do it on heavy, or nobody will take it seriously. |

But do try consider taking a few standard breaks, because it is all about conditioning. It is good to know that Ska a go go and many other standard songs are harder then Let's Groove _________________

Most of the so called "DDR world records" are jokes... I remember seeing the "longest time playing ddr" record... The guy was playing on standard...
And don't get me started on the Twin Galaxies "highest score on DDR Extreme" record... That thing was the laughing stock of AIJ for weeks.
The only record I ever saw for DDR was the one Take set on Max2... that was actually worthy of some praise. _________________

So what? If you're playing Standard, you're still playing DDR |

yes i realize that, but heavy takes significantly more energy than standard. Its like comparing walking to track running. Walking a mile or two is significatly less impressive than winning the NY marathon. Something like the record for the most time playing DDR should be a true test of stamina and endurance. The point is, many people could play standard ALOT longer than they could heavy continuously. Lets see how long someone like Jboy or Qkumbr could go on continuous standard. I'd be willing to be money they could break the record if they even cared to. _________________

I'd say go for it, but having a few brakes in between is good. |
