I definitely still freestyle. I'm always in the mood too, and it usually drains me more than playing normally. :-D

I was at the arcade the other day, and I decided to do a routine or two, and the regular players just looked at me like, "Wtf is that kid doing!?" My friend said they were looking more at the screen instead of me. lol, silly new generation.

I'd love to see Freestyle come back. It would add a new element to DDR, once again.

Im practising and spreading the word of freestyle, im getting some friends into DDR and Freestyle who in turn are doing the same, which is great i think to get my generation back into it (well where i live that is) Im 16 and most people dont usualy play it. Its refered to as "The asain thing" xD

Moved back to Japan just recently.

Some people in Japan still freestyle like rookies. All kneeslaps/gimmick moves, no flow. Some are impressive though and some are goddamn hilarious.

Huh, I found the password to my old account. I was ObsessedBoAFreak/BoAInMyHeart and I'm 16 now. It's kind of embarassing to read my older posts... I dug out my old DDR mat and I assume the famous group of freestylers moved onto locking.

Wow ... this thread hasn't been touched in a while.

Anyway, I still freestyle whenever I play DDR. I consider it fun to just dance around the pad, just like I did when I first started playing DDR back in 2000.

I'm trying to get my friends who actually dance to freestyle on DDR, and they're slowly learning to implement their awesome moves from the dance floor onto the DDR pad.

I am in no way the best freestyler out there ... but I know I'm one of the few female ones that still freestyles to this day.

Having fun and enjoying myself is basically the goal each time I DDR freestyle nowadays.
