I did start DDR with 1st Mix JP, so I kinda know what that's like. But I don't think the older games are as conveniently available as newer ones. Those are from ANCIENT mixes. And HERO is one of the best songs in the DDR world.
It's kinda inconvenient to have to look for my old PS1 and ALL of my old games, and I didn't even have 2nd ReMix (the one with HERO on it, my cousin had it), so these are welcome repeats, and I'd welcome a few more too. I probably should've kept it, but I didn't have room for it anywhere.

| I wouldn't mind so much if revivals didn't replace a song on a mix, but instead were extra. But um, oh well, whatever, like I said, Konami decides what they want to do. also, 70 songs on a mix is rather small. Pump it up had over 100. |

Sorry to bring up an older quote, but what about the fade like Love At First Sight on MAX2?
I haven't seen OK Go's video so I can't judge on it. |
The song is appearing in Dancing Stage Universe 2, so it will likely have its video.

Most people don't mind the fade out for Love At First Sight. I think the problem people have with Say Goodbye (myself included), is that the song went on longer than it should have and ended up fading out in the middle of a verse.

Yup, he's posted a bit on the DDRCommunity website. He also made the charts for Blind Justice, CaptivAte ~Chikai~, and Angelus among others (He said he also made charts for X, yay!)
I don't think he's a full time Konami employee anymore though, they just contract him.

That's not as interesting as what you said earlier but edited with a never mind. 
Not really, but that is new to me. I remember a jiggens. And all of those charts that Pie~ brought up were actually decent. Fun, not overwhelmingly difficult, but somewhat intense.

Apparantly not, judging from the shots on the first page. Maybe just for the Xmixes, but...SN/2/X dancer + EX and back BG = FULL OF EPIC WIN.
Oh, and not to put jiggens down or anything, but I was watching the steps to Blind Justice and I said to myself "This doesn't do the song justice. It needs 9 steps (Or as they would say in X, 13 steps, just to be more precise)". |

A song doesn't have to have a 13 stepchart to be good.... Challenge should be more widely used, though. And I'm pretty sure I'm one of few who liked SN's dancers and moving backgrounds over EX2's background movies and floating dancers. They really should mix the two some time, though. Like, have EX2's BG movies somewhere in the stage.....

It's readily apparent that it's the same type of dancer-in-a-random-place visualization. When screens first appeared, it's obvious they were pretty far into making them. Be realistic, will you?

Let's see...uh, HERO dropped off the face of the earth for about 9 DDR mixes, and was revived (albeit edited) on 11th mix (X). Therefore I'm being just as realistic as HERO is. |
