Any word on the diff. ratings?

I like how they did the dancers & the GF/DM video playing on the screen behind the dancers.

Oh it's that Linkin Park thing. Are we sure that they will have the DDR games on display? There is one very close to me...

Check out the pdf for info on concerts:

http://www.konami.com/ctlimg/konami/pressrelease/2008_07_16_ProjektRevolution_PR.pdf

And yes, all three CS DDR games are being featured.

I dunno, would security even really be that concerned with you filming one of the games on display?

If you can't film though, just some songlists should be enough.

Ya know what'd be cool? Customizable songwheels (& perhaps your lifebar while dancing). I mean, we've got the ability to change the actual arrows, who we want to see dancing, & what stage they can dance on. Wouldn't it be cool to choose between all the past songwheels from the past mixes & maybe even a few new ones?

With the obvious omission of EXUS/Festival/(whatever the EU Dancing Stage equivalent was), yeah it would.

T'would be cool, sort of like IIDX custom options. Though to be honest, I'm loving DDR X's songwheel, so I'm not sure I'd want to change it to a past one drool.gif.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Also, maybe the background behind the songwheel. I know they did that for Guitar Freaks/Drummania Masterpiece Silver & GF/DM Masterpiece Gold.

& the return of the option to have more than one dancer (like in Max & Max2) while only 1 person plays. & the ability to CHANGE THE ANNOUNCER.

Before we do all that, first make the game compelling enough for us to recover from SuperNOVA 2.

I hardly feel surprised.

I kinda wish they'd redesign the pads that come w/ the game at least a little bit...

Oh, & someone on BemaniStyle posted HP2 cover:

Something's off about it. I think there's too much empty space between the bottom of the logo and the bottom of the box (those heels are not interesting enough to count as filling it). They ought to either make the logo bigger or move it down somewhat.

That's the bundle box art. The game box art will be slightly different.

Removing the dance pad and the "official licensed product" square isn't really enough to change the whole box though..

They usually crop off some of the siding & bottom.

I wonder why Konami choose not to show X or Uni3 at Comic-Con...If space was limited, then I understand, but why HP2 out of the 3?

If I had to guess why, it's probably just because the Wii is making a ridiculous amount of money right now.

Okay, the covers should be re-tuned a bit imo. Yeah, the girls are muy caliente and the covers are flashy to the max.

But so far I've yet to see anyone on the cover of a DDR game that actually looks like they represent a real ddr player. It looks like the mucho sexy front cover chicks aren't even focused [in the least] about playin DDR, but just swaying around like their in a club. Anyone agree?

I mean, I wanna see flat-bottomed adidas and DCs w/ ripped pants or @ least someone break dancing on the flippin' pad! Just something more applicable to us real players...Not that we typically break dance, but it's more attractive to see someone doing something amazing on a pad than just standing and looking pretty.

Btw, I want mind parasite, dxy!, nemesis, castlevania songs, planet songs, and a new max/paranoia for DDR X! E13.gif
