General Information

The DCS has nearly completed its BETA version of a new DDR score tracking system. As of now, our current capabilities allow for score tracking for Single/Double Heavy and Challenge difficulty scores for the following AC mixes:

- EXTREME
- SuperNOVA
- SuperNOVA 2 (w/Marvelous timing)

We have also developed a wide variety of features that many of you are familiar with: buddy lists, challenge systems, etc. Initially, we have modeled the submissions in through a pop-up window. In the very near future, we will have 2 different submission methods: through a pop-up window or dynamically.

Our Short Term Goals

Our current goal is to have databases for every mix available for the AC versions. Everything from 1st Mix to SuperNOVA 2 for the US to Euromix to Dancing Stage SuperNOVA for Europe will be available, staying completely synonamous to each individual mix's scoring and grading system. We are also inputting non-stop and oni courses from all mixes. Features such as image linking and dynamic signatures will also be developed. Any additional features that you all wish to see developed are also on this itinerary.

Our Request:

We are currently seeking 150 players to test our system for a period of two months. This is for a variety of reasons, a number of which that includes testing features in our tracker which will be completely unique amongst all others and ensuring that the server is capable of properly handling the expected payload.

This also will allow us to collaborate with all of you on any features you would like to see added (or removed), any design concerns you would like to see addressed, and to remove any bugs that may we may have missed in our initial testing.

This notice has been posted in the following forums:

- DDR Freak (in every region aside from Canada, Down Under, and the Rest of the World)
- Tygerstyle
- oDDR
- Florida DDR
- DDRUK
- AIJ

I will continue to check each forum periodically to ensure I have everyone who wishes to participate in this test on record. I am allowing one week to ensure an optimal advertisement time.

Either once the tester roster has been filled, or the alloted week waiting period has passed, I will post instructions on every forum in regards to the retrieval of your user names and passwords.
