Yes, it's the official Konami ASC. The quality isn't bad, but it's a bit of a rarity, mainly because the only people who bought them were people who didn't know about the better, 3rd party ASCs and collectors, both of which there aren't a whole lot of.

yeah, thats the best-looking commercial one ive seen, but i built my own ASC, just havent been able to play since i dont actually have the game for my ps2 yet

i have tried it at a friends house, so i know it works though
