Redoctane softpads from the ITG bundle. I think the pic is from April.

I still use them, but now they're both modded on one piece of plywood.

They've been through a lot XD. I've gotten over 30 AAA's on these, and passed all of the ITG1 12's, and they STILL work just as good as the day I pulled them out of the box.

I haven't played on an ignition, so I don't know.

I'll post a picture of my softpad if I can find it. You'll shit bricks when you see it. You'll cum chocolate when I tell you I managed to get 3 AAA's on it.

I made 3, which can be seen in my sig, but I'll post the links anyway.

The pad on the left lights up, pretty brightly too. The one on the right is sitting inside a doubles adapter so it is raised higher. I took that one apart for parts to make the one in the top pic.

My old softpad.

My modded tx-1000. It worked really well until I exploded.

I should have some pictures of my DT600's around here (the Prototype and the unfinished beta model), but I can't find them.

I have lots of unfinished DT200 pics. I can toss the parts together and make one look mostly built and take a picture if anyone wants me to though.

It's my CF with a base/bar mod.

Can't see the whole thing because I can't upload pictures. My Camera/ USB ports are being gay.

Did you post that at the old CF forums? I think I've seen it before.

Those look totally amazing!

I made mine from Stoli's instructions in the "My homemad Pad Part VI" thread at the top of the board.

I used the control box off the ignition that had died about a month before I made this (which is the reason I built it)

the entire beast weighs 52 pounds, so it hardly ever leaves my room. My computer is in my room, so I use "Beware's Extreme" along with seperate instalations of Stepmania for ITG and regular StepMania with all the songs together. The enite pad took about half a month to make, with me working on it for about two hours each night after dinner. Since I had already gone through one soft pad and two ignitions, I knew it was time for a harder pad. I however didn't want to shell out a few hundred bucks for a CF. This pad cost me about 150 to make. I may make a second so I can play doubles, but I doubt it.

Heh, yeah I did.
I lost the other pictures, and I went to the CF forums to find them, but they were down.

They have been down for a long time.

I could never make a metal pad myself. I'd be too Paranoid that I'd be doing something wrong, and I'd never get it done.

I miss the old CF Forums

I don't like making muffins much. I just brought it into the kitchen for the pic and that pan happened to be there. I hate when the kitchen is a mess, but I'm usually the one that makes it a mess. frown.gif

Hey Charlie, you know your softpad pic isn't showing up. E19.gif

Also, your TX-1000 looks a ton better than my POS knock-off. Still, I love that thing. Got two greats on [sync]; blew my mind-- I've never come that close to a AAA before. E13.gif

Pics will come later, when I can get some decent frickin' lighting.

This is a pic of the stages I've been working on for a while.

All the wood except the 2x4 frame is from the as is section at Ikea. Overall I spent less than $100 on the pair including all the electronics.

There are still a few finishing touches left (pretty up the wires, get a proper controll box, etc) but they work great.

Viscaria, do you need a job? E15.gif

Have you looked at devout's Stealth pad yet? I'm willing to bet that you two used very similar designs.

I designed the DT600's to be the cheapest decent pad possible and they still cost around $45 to build + $20 for control boxes.
