THE ITG3 stuff is alright.
You gotta love Tears in May by Missing Heart though.
Really, ITG3 needed dance (you know like trance and club stuff).

| I've played on the unreleased ITG 3 theme, and it looks awesome. The colors chosen go very well together. It looks very rich and vivid. New mod: mini in several degrees of mini (I'm not quite sure about the range, but 65% mini is still the smallest), and "large" (you can enlarge the arrows and scroll). |

I don't believe that was in ITG3. It IS in Rebirth though.
And yeah Blake, the original Rebirth team really botched up a lot of the charts. Most of them have been replaced or at least revised, and a lot of the remainders we still plan to rewrite from scratch. Yeah, it's taking a long time get the product out the door, but we want it to actually be something everyone can enjoy, unlike ITG3 or R30 (no offense, but you guys do realize that 90% of players outside of SoCal hate most of the charts from R30, right?)
Anyway, yes, most of the ITG3 content is pretty bad. Dream to Nightmare makes me wanna slap a small kitten.
I don't think it's ever going to be officially done either. When you make a project an open community project, nothing actually gets done. Anyone can come in, insist that they can do better, make a rewrite to a chart, and force everyone to vote on the better chart. By the time they finish voting on that chart, the same has happened with 3 other songs. It's an endless cycle.
