Hispanic Panic and Go 60 Go would be my favorites, but if you count ITG 3, then Pink Fuzzy Bunnies wins without a doubt. I also like Snowstream.

I really think the creators were really lazy with the BG's and banners, like at DDR's both Banners and the old BG's(since they don't use them anymore). Like the PARANOiA's for example, the Banner looked really cool and then it comes out with something completely different for the BG, and it looked awesome.
