And yes I know it's a huge image. The simfile is on bemanistyle.
This is the first usa mix we've had without him. (And yes, I know I know.) I talked to Riot about this too. What do you guys think of this? Make a edit to any CJ song on a usa/japan/euro mix home version. Then post the edit here as a stepmania file.
I was just hoping for once the topic could stay here. And this could work. Just as a way of keeping the memory of Captain Jack alive as well. And pay tribute to him and his friends/family |

In a sense, wouldn't it sorta belong here, too? I mean, even though he(?) said as a StepMania file, home versions do have Edit Mode, and maybe people could use that instead of StepMania.
But I doubt I'll do it. I'm lousy at making decent stepcharts.

You couldn't really post a link to that as an SM file though.
I haven't had CJ Jr's stuff, but I heard it's not very good at all. |

It's not the same kind of music. Although he is rumored to be planning a tribute concert where he sing's Franky G's music.
And why don't you people stop bitching about what forum it's in? He acknowledged it 3 or 4 times now. Is it really killing you? It's not adding anything to the topic, since he already mentioned it in the very first post. |

I never said that, I just wondered how much it was adding to the topic for five other people to note what the OP had already acknowledged and also wondered how it was causing great torture to all of you. |

Where can I get Dream a Dream for stepmania? The file I downloaded was corrupt, and I cant find any more... and I believe it is by Captain Jack, I dont know... but thats why I posted it here. Im new.. sorry..

I have some Captain Jack simfiles posted on Bemanistyle for those interested. They're all pretty old (my files have improved since then), but I think they're not too bad. Check out Drill Instructor (original version) especially; the graphics aren't great (they're supposed to be "stripped down" from the C-Jah Happpy Mix from DDR Solo 2000), but the Heavy steps are worth playing if you enjoy old school DDR.
