Unknown Pad - Newbie Needs Help

Hi all. I'm thinking of getting a DDR game for my xbox. I found some deals on eBay (some threads I've read here seems to suggest not to buy from eBay, could someone clarify on this), but I cannot identify any of the pads on the index thread.

Currently I'm considering this deal and this pad. The latter looks like a Naki clone but I don't know for sure, as I've zero experience buying pads and the product description seems to differ.

I've done some research on the subject matter however the only conclusion I've come to is that I should not be getting DDR for the 360... Please give me some suggestions, thanks.

Is there a reason why I should never buy a pad from eBay?

Also, if not eBay, then where?

Lastly, what's BNS?

Ebay pads have a 95% chance of sucking. BNS stands Buy N' Shop, they have a line of pads called sparkle and fusion. They're supposed to be good foam pads.

The only real difference between sparkle and fusion is cosmetic.

Ah ok thanks. Now which DDR game would you recommend? (for xbox or 360, I don't have a PS2)

Wow those pads are expensive. Some of them show only four arrows while others have the XYAB buttons for Xbox... Are those cosmetic as well or should I get a pad that has all the buttons?
