Warning labe on pad

Does anyone have a warning label graphic? I want my pad as arcade like as possible, plus I think it would look cool.

I can't find one. I believe the warning label on SuperNOVA cabs say "WARNING! DO NOT OPERATE IN HIGH HEELS OR SANDALS"
