ITGPC - ITG2 upgrade help

I have ITGPC but it only comes with ITG1 songs. I have downloaded the pack or whatever to get the songs from ITG2 from stepmania.com. I installed it and everything. It says that the patch is already installed.

The problem is, whenever I play ITGPC on the computer, it only has the original ITG songs. Can someone help me with this problem?

The theme doesn't affect what songs are available.
