I got a foam insert pad about a year an a half ago from buynshop. There are a series of rips on the inside(all straight though, I dunno if a picture would help) and whenever a hit the up arrow, right responds too, and so does the X button sometimes. Sometimes up doesn't even respond. Is it time for a new pad?
EDIT: Oh, and the insert that holds up the right arrow is pretty much gone from it too. |

It happened to my ignition..
you can prolong the life a little by taping it up.
My call though is that it's time to get a new pad. |

Although, when you get a new pad, rip the control box off the old one and save it for when you want to create a homemade pad. It's easier to wire a control box than a controller. Thats what I did after I went through 2 Ignitions. _________________
