i would try the phone number on their site |
If yours ships before mine, I'm going to have a nice long talk on the phone with 'Ivory at Cobalt Flux'. Chances are, she won't listen to a 13 year old, but I can't help but try. Besides, I always have reinforcements (Parents) =P |

Mines been updated!
And I checked the tracking number and it looks like they shipped it Next Day Air at no extra cost so it'll be here tomorrow!
From UPS:
Scheduled Delivery: 06/13/2007
Shipped or Billed on: 06/12/2007
Service Type: NEXT DAY AIR
Weight: 45.00 Lbs
I'm glad they did that at least. I can't wait. |

I am very 13 years old and she listened to me. I sent them mine a little while ago and she said it worked fine for them (being back in the horrible horrible factory where it was made and where it had seen the bad ones being punished must have scared it into working right). I told her that the problem I was having (sometimes I'd get pad errors and occasionally the whole pad died out for a second or two) only happened after you played on it for a bit. She said that they played on it for a half hour and it was fine, and said that the control box probably needed to be power cycled or something. Then they sent it back and it's worked flawlessly ever since.
Well, I think it was Ivory anyway. I know I spoke to a girl. _________________

It's probably because he's been waiting a month longer than you, he ordered in late March. Two months waiting is a long time, I'd probably go crazy waiting that long. It might even take that long for me. Congrats on it finally being shipped to both of you, when you get it possibly write a review or something? |

I just got a call from UPS and it's being delivered right now. I'll definitely review it tomorrow after I get a chance to play some ITG, DDR, and Stepmania.
I also got an adapter that's supposed to work well for CFs so I'll see how well that works too. |

But I ordered in EARLY March. Anyway, it says it should be here the 15th, so I'm not complaining.
I'll definitely write a review for everyone when mine comes. |

Oh man, I feel so lucky compared to you guys. Already mine says "Awaiting Shipment" and I ordered 2 weeks ago. I guess they must have got a lot of control boxes recently and I ordered at the right time. Good to know we're getting our pads. |

I ordered a control box last month and it still says "being built". For crying out loud how long does it take to make a F**King control box!?!?!

Well, I believe that the control boxes were the problem. A few days ago, control boxes came in. You will probably get it soon. Maybe pads are their main priority. |

Yes! It shipped today, and it's probably going to be here by the 20th of June. I'm glad Cobalt Flux was able to not only ship out the old but the new orders, like mine. |

My friend has had a couple CFs for a while now, and we were cleaning them today and decided to take out the cardboard under the center panel so we could play PIU. However, the stuff that stuck the cardboard to the metal underneath is very difficult to clean off, and though we did manage to get most of it off, the panel still sticks a little when we press it. This causes a delay in the panel coming back up, which could cause problems in some of the harder songs where we will need to hit it very quickly. Is there a way we could get rid of the sticky residue on the bottom? We tried scraping (which got the half-inch slab off, but left a film at the bottom), rubbing, and using hot water, but nothing works. Any suggestions? |

use rubbing alcohol? I know that gets rid of glue on some things. |
