|
I was just thinking that DDR can be on a rubiks cube. since the cube is a 3x3x3, then 6 DDR pads can fit on the cube, one for each face.
each face having a L,R,U,D,O,X,triangle, square button in its proper position.
then each of the pads will have a different color.
that would be awesome to have, dont you think so?
it would be a great toy for DDR players around the world to have when they are not able to play DDR and are obsessed with it. sorta like me...
note:
sorry if you think this is pointless, but i was browsing the forums and there is a rubiks cube right next to me and this idea popped into my head and i just had to make a thread to tell everyone about it. maybe it will get invented by some jerk that steals my idea and gets rich off of my idea that i thought of for a mere 4 seconds of my life. but that would be awesome cuz i would have it to play with! _________________

yea thats a nice Idea but wouldnt it be harder to get the arrows in the right place cuz on a real one any red cube could go any where on the red face but what if you mix up the red up and down arrows..imagine it how would you fix that?
I would end up peeling the stickers off and puttin em in the right place like we did wen I was little. there needs to be an onlie DDR store where we could buy ddr sheets and stuff...wow thats pretty obsessed
have yall seen this DDR thong though? guess which direction the arrow is pointing

You obviously have no idea how a Rubik's cube works. _________________

lol at GodfirstDDRsecond.
Actually, now that I've given it some thought, I'd probably get one if I saw it in a store. It's not a bad idea. _________________

I do know how those work you get all the reds on one face then all the greens on another etc. whats so hard about that? maybe what I said confused you but all I said was if you add arrows to it it would make the cube harder cuz then you gotta worry about colors AND arrows....unless you wouldnt..then you can laugh at me... |
still wrong. each arrow would only have 4 possible positions for each face. _________________

Yeah. The outside 8 spots on a face have to be in there specific spots. The only square that could rotate would be the center one. _________________

nope. the corner pieces have to be on a corner, but they can be on any of the four corners. the center edge pieces, (the ones that would be the arrows) could be in any of the four positions. but it wouldn't matter with them since all the arrows would still be pointing out from the center.
and you're right about the center square being able to spin, if you make a mark on it so that it can only be in one of the four positions, it would create a supercube. _________________

I remember when the didder freak store sold DDR waterbottles, then someone recommended DDR Gatorade and sweatbands.
It would be cool, I guess. _________________

This is a good idea. The arrows wouldn't mix it up at all. On a real rubix cube each block only has one possible position. If you've ever been taught or figured out how to complete a rubix cube you would know that. |
