I think there's a STepmania, but if I'm not thinking of something else, it's really bad. _________________

Plus, I heard it was a bit laggy. |

What firmware version does your PSP have? Only 1.5 or lower can play homebrew games and applications. |

Not true. 2.0 can play homebrew using the .tiff exploit, and 2.01-2.6 can use homebrew with the GTA exploit. All versions up to (I believe) 3.01 can now be downgraded with the HEN downgrader, then upgraded to Dark_Alex's open-edition firmware, 3.01 OE-B (or C) and 3.03 OE-A, which allows ALL current firmware apps (such as PS-X emulation) as well as all 1.5 homebrew.
Major breakthroughs have arrived in PSP homebrew.
As for Stepmania on PSP, yes it exists, and yes it gets the job done. But it's not particularly worthwhile. I believe the program's called "PSPRevolution," so you might want to Google that. _________________

I think this is the most up to date version of PSP-Revolution:
http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Revolution-v0.3-PSP-Homebrew-Games/pg/12/fid/11402/catid/195
There was an upgrade to v0.3a somewhere that I had downloaded and did little to help the problems it claimed to.
You will need to downgrade your PSP to version 1.50 if you haven't done so already and preferably upgrade to a Dark_AleX custom firmware. I am currently using 3.40 OE. Doing this will give you the ability to play games requiring version 3.40 and up along with having the features of a 3.40 PSP with the ability to run homebrew ROMs, ISOs, and CSOs.
Songs with notes that stray from 4th, 8th, and 16th will have problems.
They will either screw up the colors of the notes for the rest of the song or if it is like a 64th note or something, then it might just clear the rest of the note chart when that comes up. The program doesn't understand some of the notes.
Mines sometimes screw up the syncing of the chart when they come up.
It is an okay program, it is just a shame that it hasn't gotten the updates it needs. _________________
