No, you read the mirror stepchart...
No, I mean when you face away from the screen with the stepchart on Mirror.

I just love it when the player who doesn't use mods has a higher score than the player who does...even if they're playing on separate difficulties.

Went to a new machine at my local arcade today. Got a few new scores.. not necessarily hard, but it shows to me that my timing is getting alot better.

Disconnected - Hard

Queen Of Light - Expert (2nd try ever)

Dawn - Expert (I've never even seen this one done.. it seemed a bit, off to me)

I'm going to be a pretty frequent poster here now, including some home scores when I get my C.Flux upgraded, as well as videos.
You may not find me impressive, but honestly, I really don't care E10.gif.
I've only started playing "professionally" for about 6 months.
(Started approximately 11 months ago fooling around on beginner (ddr), and have been introduced to ITG2 in the past 6 weeks.)

If you want to say "Haha! I'm way better than you!" or "Wow, that's purdy awesome" or anything, feel free to.
I'm just here to make others feel good about themselves xD.
And that's it for my long speech on an ITG2 picture/accomplishment forum, which probably no one will read after this page is passed.
But, nothings a waste of time when you're talking to hardcore ITG fans E10.gif

I managed to get my pad fixed about a week ago and since then, I've been performing under-par on some songs whilst managing to get new scores on others. I got 94.xx% on Charlene, 92/93.xx% on Monolith, 93.99% on Robotix. Oh, and a AA on Quasar (on Stepmania, I just thought I'd mention).

The big shock came a few nights ago when I thought I'd give Summer another go as my last song, despite being extremely tired. I didn't think I'd even pass it, but my brother was in the room and it motivated me to score 82.60% on it. I'm amazed that I was able to FC most of the longer streams. The difference between my ability on pad and my ability on keyboard no longer seems so large. Is it really 12 arrows per second? o_O As for my brother, he'd never seen me play anything more than 9 footers (which he still thought was incredible). He was ready to call an ambulance when I finished. Apparently my dancing is comparable to having a fit.

I now have a video of me playing Summer. The score isn't quite as good (81.03%) but I'm still pleased.

I've noticed some correlation between my keyboard and pad skills, too.

Haha, I go on that account occasionally, but I go on [email protected] more. =P

OnlineV4>>>Nice Queen of Light score, that song gets much easier to FA once you memorize the hand parts. For a second try that's pretty good though. I had to whore it out for about 10 times before I passed it. xD Oh, and if you want to improve your timing, go back to hard mode, and try and star things on hard mode. (start at hard 7's and alternate between songs up to 9's) You'll keep starring things, then you'll get a double-star, and soon a triple-star. (This is just a rough idea because I don't know what you've accomplished and stuff, but yeah.) Then work up to starring/double-starring the Expert 9's.

The best way to get your FA better is to keep playing songs over again, but no like going on and on with one song.

Your stamina and FA will get better at the same time.

'nuff said.

New scores today =D (Don't mind the name for the USB, it's me. My cousin pulled a little trick 2 minutes before we left...)

Vertex - Expert (7% Improvement)

Renaissance - Expert (First attempt ever. Just like that other song, never heard it or have seen it done before. This is first on my list to double star on expert.)

Bend Your Mind - Expert (Wow, this song is really gay. There's absolutely no real rhythm to some of the arrows. IMHO, the worst stepchart I've ever played, even though I'd still rate it a 4/5 for the steps >.<)

Normal - Hard (Not too great, especially comparing this score to Renaissance. Whatever. I did it because it sounded fairly cool, and I've always wanted to throw in a little dance in my spare time.)

I only did Queen of Light once today, scoring an 89.90% on it, for my third try. I ended up tripping with the hold-"spins" and landed fairly hard on the ground. I recovered quickly (extremely) with my combo saved by my medium/hard playing girlfriend, and ended up passing the song. Unfortunately, I didn't get a screen or video ;_;.

Dunno, they're just weird.
Maybe it's your combination of Easy, Hard, and Expert Singles. It's weird.
WEIRD.
WEIRD.

Right, I'll shut up now.

It looks like you contradicted yourself. Why would you give steps that you hate a high rating. I agree with the first part. BYM does suck. =/

That reminds me I got a 90 on BYM without using my hands!!

The reason I still gave it a high rating, was that I truly do love the song, and it's -fairly- accurate to the rhythmless-ness of the music. It's replayable (although it sucks), and I sadly enjoy the music... thus giving it a 4/5. I have weird ratings.. but it's what I believe E10.gif

Meh, Bend Your Mind is a good song and the Expert stepchart is pretty alright if you know where the hands are. And if you actually step on beat and don't great attack the crossover part at the beginning, you'll see that it actually does have a rhythm. However on this song Hard > Expert in my opinion. Are you sure you hate the song because you can't FA it properly...? (No offense)

Davidyko>>>My scores certainly...aren't really weird in anyway - I just play all from Easy - Expert. =P Trying to get all completed scorecards here, and not just whore out one difficulty since all of them are fun in their own way.

And yeah, I was going to play ITG tomorrow, but I'm going to go to a kiddie playplace to play PIU instead. E13.gif

Hmmm, I've been playing Bend Your Mind on ITGPC for a while now. I've found the rhythm/beat. It could just be that I need to raise the sound a bit on the machine, as I have to listen a little bit more to find it >.< Either I'm going deaf, or I'm completely idiotic with this song for finding a beat.

I'll redo that song the next time I go, and post a new score. My mistake for that whole beat thing, I guess it just takes me a bit of time.

(99.xx on ITGPC. [fingers] Hopefully I can prove my current status right, and my post a few hours ago wrong.)

Edit: And no offense taken E10.gif Although I don't think my FA sucks... on slower/simpler songs E10.gif It just kind of dies on songs under 150bpm that I can't grasp easily >.<... well, it does suck. I think I'm just making excuses >.> I'll work on it ;_;
