I think TaQ's song Traces would be a really good DDR song. It has a good beat to it, and it sounds good. I hope it's going to be in SuperNOVA 2 (though I know it probably won't be).

Oh, and Konami should bring back long version songs. Long versions were one of the reasons 5th Mix was, and still is my current favorite DDR mix. If Konami brought back long versions, it would teh win.

I know, it's rather disappointing how they don't use his songs anymore, even though they still own them.

Anything by Pink Pong would be great for DDR, especially Peace Dream and Alien World.

to be honest i think that DDR should stick to happy hardcore songs like it always has now that all the new conscole games r coming out they r starting to add regular songs like fall out boy and stuff like that... disturb.gif

i mean if u guys like that that thatss cool for u but i think thats kinda stupid cuz thats not how DDR was at the beginning...

but any ways as for a song to be added should be some more j-pop/rock

DDR has hardly deviated from what it originally was. And SN CS has Rainbow Rainbow, True Love, Happy Angel, Love Shine, Himawari...plenty of Happy Hardcore.

I wouldn't call it a staple. It's a genre that's used far less than eurobeat, trance, etc.
