Im not naming names or trying to be offensive in anyway but I hate how when to people who are different races play people seem to gather and subconsiously seperate themselves. Its like battle of the races. to make it worse I'm black so dancing steriotypes apply even though I could'nt do the hokey pokey let alone ACTUALLY dance to most DDR music. It could be just a coincidence or I could be paranoid. but I still cant explain why the crowd never splits when I play with another black guy. sociopsychology mabie? |

I noticed something about people playing playing beginner on SuperNOVA at my arcade. The moment the arrows appear, they step on it. That's right, They hit the arrow the moment it comes up, not when it hit the targets! Kind of makes me laugh.
And I saw these two girls, one was 5-6, the other 10-12 and they were doing Battle mode. The 10-12 was jumping about the pad. On beginner. Watching that, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. |

| WTF That would be way outside the Almost/Boo window (at least on x1). _________________

Oh wow. Once I saw someone doing that, only they were also hitting the wrong panel. But what do you expect? Those flashing gray arrows at the top that everyone else steps at are obviously there for decoration and nothing more, therefore they serve absolutely no purpose at all. Everyone knows that. _________________

You should get an ITG2 cabinet (if you can) and hack all the DDR songs onto it. That way, n00bs can use the traffic light while playing songs of decent difficulty. _________________

The chances of that happening is slim to none because:
1. It is really really hard to get ITG2 in England.
2. Even if my arcade did have it, I don't even know how to hack it! |

ITG2 doesn't run on Unix, it runs on Linux.
And you don't need a very extensive knowledge of Linux to hack ITG2. But, you do need an ok knowledge of StepMania. |

Yes, but you must boot it in SLAX Linux, which doesn't have a GUI. So wouldn't that make it a UNIXish prompt? _________________

I will learn UNIX later (I hope). Anyways, I got another thing to say. There were 4 kids playing the EuroMIX 2 on versus, and they were doing Standard (not the red one, the yellow one). That is right, all four of them. On one song. And guess what? THEY FAILED!
God, what the hell is going on? |

I was versing my brother and his friend was beating a jug over our heads and it was really distracting. But at least afterwards we both punched him in the stomach. _________________

They weren't even on the screen, they were on the side/speaker things. _________________
