Mere hours ago, the Korean singer U;nee (who sang the song Go that appeared in Pump It Up Exceed 1 and beyond) committed suicide in her own house by hanging. She had been suffering depression much earlier, and negative comments on the cyber world did not help.
R.I.P. U;nee.

What does this have to do with U;Nee suicide? This is not a rumor, since there's actual Korean news articles talking about the suicde.

Basically the article says she killed herself because people were spreading rumors on the intarbutt about her (oh snow). Normal people realized how amusing that raisin was. |
Ah... couldn't really decipher the message from the original post.
A Korean friend of mine speculates that there was just too much pressure people were placing on her to become something she's... not. For instance, all the plastic surgery and sex appeal stuff they tried to market her with... which actually gave her negative publicity = criticism on the Web = bad for person suffering from depression.
And I've no clue why people think ; is so stylish nowadays. Weird...

actually that makes alot of sense why she did herself in now. and with pressure like that i'm not sure i can blame her (especially since i'm never gonna be in her exact position to understand just what she was going through, but one can imagine =/ )
why the hell would semi-colon be stylish or even practical, its just a grammatical error and it annoys me every time i see it
