Pop n music Hyper and Ex help

Does anyone know any easy ways of unlocking the Hyper and EX versions of songs of the following mixes.
Pop N Music 8
Pop n Music 9
Pop N Music 13

Ive completed 100% on both pop n music 8 and 9 and still dont have all the hyper and ex songs if any at all.
And on 13 I only have EX versions for a few songs .

Hyper difficulty songs are already there. Just press Select on the song select screen. Nearly every song on your games have a hyper difficulty.

To get the EX difficulty for each song, you have to play challenge mode on those games then get challenge points by selecting "ojamas". Pick 2, and fufill the requirements, like getting at least 80k on a song or a 200 combo for example, or get a ojama that makes the song your're playing harder, like all white notes, or earthquake.

The total amount of challenge points at the end of your play on Challenge Mode will determine if you get an Extra Stage or a picture. It's different for each pop n game. The Extra Stage is where you get to pick the EX difficulty for each song, if it has one. Just pick the song with the EX difficulty selected and and play it and the EX diffculty of that song will be unlocked even if you don't pass.

For example, in pop n 13, getting 130 Challenge Points at the end of your 3 songs will get you the Extra Stage.

Also, if you play an EX during games mode (for instance, on an Extra Stage, where all difficulty levels are playable), you will unlock it on Free Mode, whether you pass or fail the song.

Some of the songs on the 8th and 9th mix lack hyper versions of songs. Is that supposed to be the case?

I found out that once you complete pop n music 13 unlocks - the EX versions are unlocked for all the songs

Shame Its too hard for me

Some songs simply don't have hypers or EX's.

yea, once you get 100% unlock on popn 13 it unlocks all the ex's as well

not sure if you have to get Classic de Samba first or not though (you get it from beating the minigame tourney thing)

Popn 9 has I think 4 songs with only a normal chart. An easy way to unlock 9 is to use the pushbutton codes to unlock all the ex charts (which unlocks them temporarily for the next arcade mode playthrough). Just play each ex and fail them all, so you can play them all in one game. This will unlock them permanently in free mode and arcade mode.
