I never said he didn't (but they could come up with something new for him to say, he has the same phrases from Max2-SN [and possibly MAX but i haven't paid too much attention to that one])

| And he is a little screwy in Extreme 2 and SuperNOVA I believe because he is interrupts to say the combo number if he's in the middle of saying something. |

I think I remember someone mentioning a while back that Thomas Howard was the announcer in the early mixes. Could be wrong about that, though.

they gotta bring him back
on NAOKI, ive seen a lot of interviews w/ him, he doesn't speak english very well, so...yeah...

This is one of the quotes in this thread that's actually true. There's only one other song that he sings in, which is ï¼´ÐЯＲＡ's ä¸éãªæ(HYPER J-EURO MIX) from IIDX 10th style (you can just barely hear him though). If anyone wants sources, just ask. As for Crash!, that's highly doubtful as this guy's singing sounds completely different from the two songs I mentioned (It's a rumor fo sho).
As for the announcers, the early mixes was indeed announced by Thomas Howard. The later ones were from this dude named Taz Hicks. I believe that he's the guy who raps in D2R, and he's one of the guys here (sorry, I forget which one):

Some people say it's Thomas Howard (the singer of Silent Hill), but again I haven't seen any reference or proof.
I remember seeing this from 3-4 years back but sorry to say, no proof of it.

He's the one on the left. How do I know this?
Simple. I got that picture from his site. 
EDIT: On topic, Naoki doesn't sing. Naoki also isn't a girl, as most new players believe. He's just a music producer.
