EDIT (mostly @DarkCore, but to everyone as well): I've stopped sucking on this pad. Seems like the crappy scores and fails I was getting on Saturday were mostly because of my sore throat and fatigue than my new pad. I re-passed every 11-footer that I could pass consistently before, as well as VerTex. Slightly worse scores on all, so I didn't bother posting. | At 1:30 it barely looked like you hit the right arrow.
Anyway the bar on it does seem to move quite a bit, but I don't think it would bother me much. Any chance anyone heavier could test your bar? I want I see how much it moves then or if it will even hold up. |

You mean the part where I was BSing the run at 1:31 or so? Yeah, my legs kind of spazzed and that cost me some Decents (or lower), I think. Dunno why it happened.
Hmm, well, my mom's lighter than I am, and my dad can't play. So unless one of my friends come over (they wouldn't be much heavier than me, they're like 150 at most), then no chance of anyone heavier. _________________

No, it's just that the few people who do get crappy pads are the people who talk about them the most. _________________

I don't know if Cobalt Flux is slacking off making their pads now, because everyone who either has a V1 or an older V2 have no problems with theirs, but people who have newer ones get pad errors. :\
Anyway I passed Tell (Expert) again, so it's pretty cool that I can pass a 12 consistantly. In my opinion, the Tell jumps aren't that hard, so there's really no reason why it shouldn't be an 11. I swear to god Hardcore Symphony, The Beginning, Mythology, and Destiny are harder than this, and much more stamina draining. |

Because everyone that plays ITG except me and prolly 3 other players can't cross-over to save their lives. Good thing I grew up crossing-over. That's prolly one of my easiest 12's. | The Beginning is an 11 though. Still, I can crossover, I just can't do the ending with the consistant crossovers. :\ |

Yeah, but didn't you just say that The Beginning was a 12? TPF.Zero0920 wrote: | Good thing I grew up crossing-over. That's prolly one of my easiest 12's. |
Anyway I passed my second twelve! Challenge complete, David...finally.
VerTex (Expert) 62.47%
No cheating mods; played on my Cobalt Flux is socks. I really can't pass this in my shoes because I just don't move quick enough with them on. Still, this score could easily be improved as I failed with a 66% right before I passed this.
...and my first attempt at playing a song with a bunch of mods on.
Queen of Light (Expert) 78.22%
3x, Drift, Dizzy, Float, Reverse Hallway, Metal.

Hooray for literally, it seems, having to fight with my pad to not get 800 errors per song.
Anyway, in light of that,I think this was the only thing worth noting.
Up from 7X.XX%

Well, my dad is being a hypochondriac (or whatever the word is for injuries), and forbidding me to play until we go skiing on Friday, JUST BECAUSE I HAD A FUCKING CUT ON MY FOOT. _________________

Well I can't play either until next Summer or until I get my soft pad back from a friend (even then I'm gonna have horrible scores, but I won't lost tons of skill like I would otherwise) |
Damn, that sucks even more. You're making me feel better.
EDIT: My dad finally relented. Just two new records, still getting used to my new Bluesharks:
Bubble Dancer (yes, I actually play this song) - 92.51%
Disconnected - 84.58% (big jump.) _________________

Normal (Hard) 96.67%
Improved by 0.60%.
My Cobalt Flux is STILL giving me pad misses, so I'm done for today. |

YES! Finally got a new record on my Blueshark!
On a Day Like Today: 73.95% -> 79.30%
I got pretty close on Zodiac, but no cigar.
I've been sucking at Mythology, The Beginning, and Pandy Hard today. Couldn't pass them consistently at all. I keep on dying at the death run at the end for Mythology and The Beginning, and I fail at random places for Pandy Hard. Ah well, off to work. Tomorrow's my last day before I go skiing on Friday. _________________

I finally triple star'd this. The pad kept dropping 3 of my freezes every time and taking away my triple star. |
