A few of us have made the transition from college to jobs, or from crappy jobs to better (but more time-consuming jobs). If I'm not mistaken, Cutriss did the latter.

I made a double-transition going from crappy job (teaching freshman math at a state university) and college (was still working on my Master's) to having a decent, time-consuming job (writing software for large agricultural firms).

Well, I guess as opposed to making a new thread, I'll just post in the existing one.

I'd like to thank Uiru, Reenee, UnknownGamer, Tora, xbskid, BakaOrochi, Yeehaw McKickass, Ryan (both the guy and the girl Ryans), twen, the Konami folks (those that can and can't be named) and a bunch of other people I can't think of off the top of my head for helping make my time here a great one. Also, of course, some of my really good friends on the staff here.

Unfortunately, as of late, there have been quite a few people here that have made it an unpleasant one, and I just can't take any more of the fight to keep the community together, among many other things. No, I wasn't forced out or asked to leave or anything dumb like that. If anything, most everyone in the moderator group didn't even know I was planning to step down. I only talked with a couple of them before I talked to J Dogg.

I'm just not having fun anymore, and I started a new job a few weeks ago, and I've been avoiding my home computer for a long time now because I just didn't want to open up DDR Freak. It's time that I accept how I feel about things and just end it now while there's still some positive notes to go out on.
