A friend of mine has RSI now due to sitting behind in akward ways so I wonder.
How do you guys sit when playing Stepmania(or any other DDR-ish simulation)?.
I tend pay attention to how I sit, atleast when doing hard song, and I always take a break after like 1h30 of playing or something.
I'm thinking of buying something to lay infront of my keyboard so my wrists get supported more, would it be of any use? _________________

I sit in front of my computer.
Gel wrist supports relieve RSI and strain while typing, so it'd work for playing SM too. _________________

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

I play SM & SMO on my pad!
And if I'm not using my pad, I usually only play for 30 minutes. I have my feet up on the printer cabinet next to the computer. _________________

Actually, they increase wrist strain slightly. You're much better off checking your posture - your wrists should be more or less straight while you're typing. |

I usually have my entire left arm from from my elbow down leaning on the desk. And only my right hand is on the desk too.
How do I sit? By laying my butt on the seat of course! |

I dunno. It varies from time to time. But usually straight on the floor. I cant really explain it much further than that.
Why does it matter anyway? |
