Dude, that sucks about your camera. |
Come on over and play some rounds, but I'm not 100% sure I'm getting ITG 2 though as the price is pretty ridiculous. I may get a Solo machine and convert it into an Extreme as I really like Extreme's songlist and I never play it at the arcades because the pads are awful, and the arrows are too repressed.
And yeah, that camera incident was some major bullsh*t. |

Well, any arcade machine at home is crazy cool. You may find me on your front lawn one day...
Hmm, I didn't know you could convert a Solo into an Extreme. Cool.
My accomplishment for today is playing for a total of 0 minutes 0 seconds. _________________

Haha, I always play everyday unless I have an injury that prevents me from playing (sprained ankle, etc.) or if I'm not allowed because I'm sick. And you can convert a solo into any DDR mix if I remember correctly. You just won't be able to play Double or Two-Player which isn't a problem for me because I'm going to be the only person using it, and I don't play Double. |

Well I try to play every day, but today I couldn't because I had a piano lesson, then I got bombarded by homework (English reading, essay, and book project, French composition, Biology reading and lab report, and preparing for Precalculus test!). I could've done some of it during my free period today, but nooooo, I just HAD to play Stepmania for 70 minutes. _________________

I never get that much homework. Usually I'll get nothing or a sheet of math work. The rest of the time then can be used for DDR/ITG. I'm in Grade 7 that's probably why.
Anyway this was a score for yesterday but I forgot to post it for some reason.

Gah. Lucky butt. I'm a freshman (Grade 9). And this is supposedly our "easy year" in high school, too.
Well, there is DDR club at school, but that's only once a week, and the pads suck. The people suck too, for that matter. And they hate ITG. _________________

Let me guess...they're dedicated DDR fanboys who won't give any other dancing game a chance because it's not DDR, right? Anyway I'm probably going to the arcade today as I didn't go yesterday to beat Destiny. |

Correct. DDR fanboys, muh.
But I don't feel like arguing ITG vs DDR with them at all. It's their loss. _________________

Yeah, ITG is more challenging and much better if you want to become a hardcore dance game player. Anyway I got a new triple star today. This is pretty much my new favourite song now. I'm going to the arcade hopefully I'll have another 11 beaten.

OMG, 7th grade and no HW. Well I'm in 7th, but I'm in algebra.....so yeah, not easy. I got like a C or D though. My new accomplishment:
Robotix Expert 74% (somewhere in the 70's) First arcade 11.
I gotta get ITG at home so I can start getting my stamina higher..... _________________

Algebra is nothing compared to Precalculus. I'm the only freshman in my all-junior class.
Anyway, my accomplishments for today (so far):
Well, not much. Improved scores on Queen of Light, Hip Hop Jam, and Disconnected -mobius- (I got a S-! For the first time!)
I also did a bunch of 11s, but I was tired, and all the scores were sub-record, so doesn't matter anyway. _________________

I just got back from the arcade and I have to say the pads on their In The Groove 2 cabinet suck majorly; I'm never going there again. I failed Anubis (Expert) on my first song when I can normally pass no problem. The panels shift when I play which gets really annoying. That being said I didn't try Destiny or any other 11 for that matter. (Except for Robotix but I quit as I was too tired and I didn't care.) I played two games of ITG and another on their Extreme machine. The Extreme machine didn't have much better pads either. You had to step right in the middle of the panel in order to get the pad to register. My accomplishments today suck, but whatever.
DDR accomplishment: Making it down to the slowdown of Max 300 (Heavy)
ITG accomplishment: Fleadh Uncut (Expert) C+ I don't remember the percentage.
I could have done way better on the songs that I did but it was the pads. Oh yeah and my USB didn't work again; I kept getting a Card Mount Error. I don't know what's wrong with it because I formatted it to FAT32 and removed U3. Today sucked for ITG/DDR but at least I got a new pair of shoes exclusively for my Cobalt Flux so I should be playing alot tomorrow so I can break them in. Basketball shoes again.

Yeah, I get homework but if I do it's very easy and straight forward stuff that I can finish in less than 20 minutes. Plus we have class time to get the homework done so we shouldn't have very much to do if anything at home. Oh yeah, congratulations on Robotix by the way; my high score is a 69% or something like that. I could easily get an 80% on it if ITG 2 came out for PS2. I'm not that good at the arcades. |

those shoes aren't that good ._. i had em back in grade 6 or so and I almost broke my foot on Max300 because i kept scraping the screws so it would push my toes to the front, i could never manage to get a A on it till i got runners _________________

They work for me so I'm fine with them. Plus they're only going to be used for my Cobalt Flux so they won't get much wear and tear. |

And back on topic:
More attempts at starring stuff on Easy:
Xuxa - * 97.35% 25e/1g
Utopia - * 97.51% 22e/2g
Tell - ** 98.59% 11e
I like Tell. Triple-star as well as SDE soon, I should think. _________________

Actually try July on easy; it should be rather easy to triple star. It was my first one. |

Hey, I get the same error with my USB. Were you trying it on an upgradecab, and does your USB work on a dedicab? I'm starting to think its my arcade's problem and not my USB's....... _________________

Today so far:
Got 86.49% (A+ with 6 non-combos) on Da Roots. Should've been a S- FGC, but I screwed up twice.
First tri-star! Tell Easy - 99.10%! (7e)
Marginally better score (better by exactly 0.05%) on VerTex Expert - 56.60%
I'm surprised that I hit all the holds, and that I managed to get a 150 combo.
I now have a better score on VerTex than on Xuxa, but I really want to break 60% on VerTex. And get my scores on 11s up to a certain standard. _________________
