My sister rarely plays DDR. My dad hates DDR but is usually fascinated when he sees me play it. My mom played it once(and it was quite funny because she was WAY off beat). laugh.gif

My two brothers play every once in a while. My sister wants to play all the time but I don't let her because she messes up my pads. laugh.gif

My 12 year old brother plays. He's pretty good. He needs a little work on the arcade machines though.

I went to pick him up from a birthday party a few weeks ago, and i planned on playing a round at the arcade he was at. I get my tokins and go to the machine to find some looser on it, not doing that great. Then I look over at the player and it's my brother. biggrin.gif laugh.gif I was so proud of him! It was his first time on an arcade machine. He's had plenty of other chances in Vegas, but he never takes me up on a challenge. (I'm Standard/Heavy/Challenge, he's standard)

Seven of my relitives/family members play DDR actually:

-My mom plays on Light mode in the PS2 DDR games and can do some easy Standard songs.
-Two of my aunts and three of my cousins play Mario Mix on Easy/Normal.
-...and my other cousin played In The Groove with me about three times at an arcade in the '06 summer. I don't know if he's played DDR/ITG since though.

Everyone except my mom lives in Newfoundland so I've never really seen them play, but one of my cousins is seven. If she keeps DDR up which I highly doubt will happen, she could be really good when she's older.

I got both of my grammas to play on my bday this summer. XD My cousin plays as well, which he's the guy bending over in the first pic.

My cousin can do standard and some heavy, and my grammas are rocking beginner.

My (4) cousins, I'm the most obsessive in the family. They can do beginner and light, the oldest one can just barely survive standard.

My brother will play occasionally. He's on standard. He's trying heavy. When he can't finish the song, he gets mad and runs off.

I tried to get my family into it. I have three sisters, a mom, and a dad. Only one of my sisters showed any intrest in it... three days later she moved off to college x_x . No one else likes doing anything but watch me saying "that's insane..."

Lucky, at lease your family are on it, as most of us here, I'm like the only person in the family that plays it for both fun and excercise (even though I'm almost as skinny as a damn twig BECAUSE of it.)

my parents are kinda annoyed about how obsessed i am with it but my mom has tried playing it (get down tonight on beginner) and she got a D. not too bad for an adult on their first try. i got my brother kinda into it, he plays once in a while and he can kinda play on easy standard. i got my cousin into it and then when her brother (my cousin) saw me and her playing he got really into it too. they are pretty good.
