I live near Toronto and my metal ddr mat is broken. Does anyone know a number I can call or anything to do so I can get my mat fixed. If anybody could help, please respond as soon as possible.

i cant do it myself. I tried that. I beleive its a tx-2000?...maybe 4000? it has without a bar. Maybe its a blade...xpg? im sorry i cant be too spacific i just cant remember. But maybe i can find a company or something in my area that has a phone number i can call.

it looks like the tx - 4000 but its black. i think it may be an older model. I am pretty sure it is by the same company. Also i didnt mention the problem of my mat. 4 buttons do not work. Only X and up work.
