Don't buy pads from eBay. If you want these pads, buy them from the MMB website.

http://mymybox.com/

eBay pads have a reputation of not working. And if I HAD to choose a MyMyBox pad, I'd definetly go with the Blueshark. So go with the Blueshark.

Pretty much what he said.
Another option would be to buy 2 generic metal pads off eBay for about $70 each, then scrap the parts and then have 1 fully functional dance platform.

Or just rip everything out of them and rebuild it on the inside to be perfect. You could go on the CF site and get lexan panels there, because those rock.

Speaking of the CF, if money isn't an issue, then you absolutley want one of those (plus the arcade mod, you'll need that). $330 for the pad with the arcade mod, $300 without.

I haven't had any bad experiences on eBay after two years of being a member.

I just check the seller's feedback. If it is in the high 90's, I assume it's safe to buy from them. Still, I'd buy the pad off MMB's site if you were going to get one because you can rely on the warranty.

If you are deciding between these two only, I'd go with the Blueshark because the arrows are more recessed than the Nexen and alot of people say that it gives you a great arcade feel.

yeah. i'll try ebay and see what happens.

when i get it in, i'll post my review on the pad, and if it doesn't work, i'll fork up the $75.00 shiping and handling and send it back for a refund. [[or something similar]]

but i'm probably going for the blueshark.

On eBay, they make the s&h really high so they don't have to refund you more than it cost them.

Also, I got my generic metal pads (2 of them) from an eBay seller with 99.06% positive feedback.
The first one lasted a month, the second three months.
I ripped the good parts and now have one perfectly functional pad.
Point is, I paid for two, not one.
Books and clothes are the only things one can reliably purchase online.
And keytars, because you can't get them anywhere else. E15.gif
