I found the answer. I don't really know how to give out any more hints without just giving the answer, so here it is if you're really stuck.
On #24 (another song mashup, this time including DDR and IIDX songs), I'm pretty sure I've gotten all but 1 of them, but I can't get the last 1.
Oh god nevermind I got them all.

It used to be on the entry for DDR on Wikipedia. Look through the history.

these are so fun. but 25 seems way to easy, that should have been in the lower levels.
