Change the name of the thread and request a sticky then, seriously.

The reason that people debate ratings is that certain songs just don't seem consistent with the other songs in that rating for either passing or scoring.

The reason noobs make threads about it daily is because they don't know how to use forums well

And I'm sorry, but I still fail to understand the path of logic where someone says "I hate all these topics of (type X)" and decides that making another topic of (type X), even if sarcastically, is the solution to the problem.
