What do people do while playing DDR that really angers you?

They walk on the pad while you play, they run in front of the screen, they are loud and obnoxious...

i feel bad tho cause the other day a baby (id say about 1-2) crawled over and put his hand on the down arrow while my friend was playing, there happened to be a jump step and uh... baby didn't like smooshed hand... but my friend still managed to AAA the song without realizing what happened.

the most annoying thing i think that's ever happened to me, and happened frequently, is that all these guys who dont play DDR and think they are badasses get up on the pad you're not dancing on, start screwing around and try to distract you. one time i actually shoved him off without breaking my concentration and he got all pissed. as soon as i was finished, i told him, "Look, if u wanna pick on me for playin this game, i wanna see your buttocks do it." Then i kicked him out the arcade (i work there) and the manager just laughed.

i ended up playing the dude and i beat him....
i also hate wen people get ON te pad and shadow me
this also happened yesterday
i wanted to reach around and slap him also
but i made him look dumb cause he coulnt even do it
he steped off in like 2 secs

I just went to Six Flags: Great Adventure the other day and I was doing nothing really, then when I came home I was cruising on the machine locations. Just looking, nothing special when I see a whole bunch of ddr machines in Six Flags. And to make it worse my cousin broke my only ddr mat at home and my brother stole all my money so I cant even go to an arcade. I wanted to play ddr and I didnt even know there where machines in six flags.

Here's the top six things that annoy me.
Most of these things have probably already been said by other people.

1) When I get off the pad to select a song, and someone just jumps up on the pad, and starts randomly stomping arrows.

2) Noobs who play on beginner, and try to act like they are pro by using their hands, and spinning around.

3) When you are in the middle of a game, and people stand in front of the screen and insert tokens while you are playing so they can play next. It's really annoying because they block the damn screen, and the people who have been waiting patiently have to wait for another person to finish playing.

4) Noobs, who stomp as hard as they can, and cause they sensors to not work.

5) Noobs who use the trick bar on Beginner Mode. Bar rapers.

6) People who laugh at beginners who play DDR because they aren't on 'Heavy' mode. I'm sure these people first started out on Beginner too. It's also annoying when people laugh at other people for playing DDR and try to act like they can do way better when they've never even played the damn game before.

I personaly hate it when noobes stomp really hard on the Mat!!! Thatvdrives me crazy.
I also hate it when people are waiting in line and they are pretending to dance to the song on the screen. I feel like saying " are you really that obssessed with DDR you have to pretend to play it"!!!!

You no what i love, cocky SOB's who beat a medium heavy song and think they are so hot and start bragging and talk poopy. then i get up and kick thier buttocks in max 300, parania surfivor max, legend of max, and max unlimited...using no bar! the look on thier face after they see how real ddr is played it pricless!!!

No, no you didn't. Please stop, you've already made yourself look like a moron.

I understand that some of you might have "accidentally" smacked someone while playing or stomped on someone's foot/hand. Also, I can completely understand yelling at someone and getting them thrown out. But I seriously doubt any of you have beaten the crap out of a heckler. And if you did, I really don't understand why the arcade management didn't throw you out as well.

This is about what people do while playing DDR that pisses you off. If you want to go tell your "I kicked someone in the face" stories, go tell it in the Arcade Experiences thread.
