I don't think that a duck fetus type Filipino delicacy has much to do with DDR...so why is it in the DDRFreak dictionary?

You think balut doesn't have anything to do with DDR?

You're obviously not a DDR Freak then.

It comes from the older days of DDR Freak. Balut used to be a common topic for conversation, so it was placed in the Dictionary so that those not in the know could educate themselves.

pretty much any step where your foot passes over the metal panel in the middle. for instance, in the pattern LUR, starting on your left foot, your left performs a candle step.
i think it got it's name from the fact that if there was a candle sitting on the center panel, a candlestep performed right would knock it over.

Candle steps is an ITG term, if I recall correctly.
