DDR Tokimeki?

What is it? I downloaded the simfiles for SM and it sucked. It only went up to Trick mode...
So what is it? Is it an arcade mix? Why did it have so few songs?

Oh yeah, post any pics you can find.

If I remember correctly, there's a special version of Hero on that game.

Also, it would've been better if they did Strip DDR.

BTW, does anyone know what Tokimeki means/what it's Japanese for? & isn't there other Tokimeki games?

they shouldn't have anime/manga DDR. I'll say it a million times. It would be boring. "woo lets watch characters play DDR." Chances are the anime would be the next Yu-Gi-Oh! anime. Now, yu-gi-oh is a mighty fine card game, but the show is so overly complex and impossible its stupid. What would a DDR show be? A couple of kids who play DDR go to a DDR tourney and discover the dance pad was made by ancient egyptians millions of years ago and that Yuni gets takin over by the ancient cursed dance pad? Exactly. They could make a DDR episode in like 1 of those many animes that involve teenage kids in a futuristic world and what-not, but making an anime ONLY about DDR would just kill it.

DDR Tokimeki Mix was a small bonus mix (Like Dancing Stage Feat. Dreams Come True) which only contained a handful of songs for a certain theme, in this case an anime. There was also a Tokimeki Memorial DDR handheld.

on the topic of tokimeki mix, i think they should make a new one with LOTS of anime songs(like the anime mixes for stepmania) and a not annoying announcer. That announcer should be strangled and died, no matter how cute she is

edit: based on the screens, it looks like there is some sort of story or something to go along with the game. I think that konami might have had the right idea there. I mean, imagine an RPG with DDR being the battles. Have it be futuristic, where you approach your opponates in a city-wide DDR tourney and play on holographic dance pads. Where you "buy" upgrades that enable marvolouses, bigger perfect windows, and other odds-and-ends. You play and whoever has the best score wins. You can create anime-type cel-shaded characters and buy clothes and such for them. Konami can't expect to release new songlists forever. they need to INNOVATE! Add story-lines, character development, and new and unique mini games and such(not nececarly using the dance pad), and konami could have a big hit.
