Is it dangerous to use your bare feet on a cobal flux? If it's not dangerous does it hurt your feet? Is there anything wrong with useing bare feet? Or is there any good reason to use your shoes and is there anything bad about useing your shoes? Or is it better to use you socks? So what are the bad and good things about useing your socks? |

Wearing shoes protects your feet more. A disadvantage of wearing shoes is that (depending on the shoe and the humidity) you get more traction than you do with socks, which can make it harder to play since you can't slide your feet as much. Also, wearing shoes scuffs up your pad a bit, but most people don't mind that very much.
I wouldn't suggest bare feet. You might hit your feet on the screws, or cut them on the corners. Also, sweat from your feet can make the CF too slippery.
Wearing socks allows you to slide more and keeps your pad shiny. However, it's harder on your feet. I don't play in socks because it hurts my feet after a while. Some people do just fine in socks, though. _________________
