and so what? just because a video like A, even if only passing, doesn't impress you doesn't mean that everyone else shouldn't be impressed by it. Thing is, people will be impressed by it and people will call him an "arrow god". hell, I think of him as one anyway. and now show me where one person in this thread said that he can do things that nobody else can. the one comment you responded to as well was simply a comparison between Yasu and Chris.

You say you don't want to "knock" him, but frankly, you are. It seems any time Chris gets praise someone has to come in and shoot it down, for whatever reason they can think of. I agree with you about it being kind of annoying if someone thinks that he is doing things nobody else can, but nobody here has said or even implied that. There is no reason to be in here bringing Chris's accomplisments down.

I understand where you are coming from, but your choice of words and statements in this thread are unnecessary and they DO knock him, whether there was or wasn't an intent.

because sometimes i type too fast and either leave out a sentence or idea, or I make a small mistake. I edited out the comment about you passing the stuff instead of JSZ because I noticed that you did post one of your own pics which i missed at first.

Still...that's not like nearly as hard as he can do.

BMR's V, Ren's Golden Horn, BMR's A, DukAmok's Since 1983, Eggman's Quasar. all done on a dedicab. those good enough for you?

He has video proof, do you?

EDIT: Nvm saw the screenshots.

Still, if you could come up with a video like Chris's BMR's A and get a score like that, I wouldn't doubt your skill either.

only one of the shots were his anyways, and I highly doubt that pulse is a fraction as hard as BMR's "A".

Pulse is 10 minutes long.

The endurance required to pass something like Pulse would probably make it about as difficult as A, despite the fact that the arrow density is a bit lower. It's like running, it's easily possible to run full speed for short bursts, but marathon running is a whole different ball game.

I know "Da Bar" in real life, for the record. His stamina is impressive and he can do a fair number of keyboard charts.

Although I'm not sure if this is even wanted at this point, I will give an honest response to the first post of this topic regarding Yasu.

Although Take (Im pretty sure) does not play quite as much because he went off to college, Yasu stills plays Extreme somewhat regularly (3-4 times a week) because that is really all Japan has to offer until Supernova comes out. I've played with him before, and maybe as it was said before he is beatable, but it would be very difficult to beat him. My friend was trying to AAA an easy song with him to take a picture and so they played Freckles like 17 straight times and he AAA'd every time. He also AAA'd Max 300 like 4 times (once on stealth) all by request, and was working on Maxx Unlimited where he would consistently get between 4-8 greats.

In regards to the ITG home version, yes, he did say that the songs were crazy, but he could do them just fine. He was already ****'ing some hard songs within a few weeks. So this is for anyone who was actually curious about him E1.gif

And I as well. I've seen a number of his videos and they're uncanny.

But then everyone who AAA's stuff is good in my books.

That thing about Chris being 90+ miles away from a machine is bullshit on a stick. He's 40 minutes away from one and 55 or so away from the two best machines in Minnesota, that is not 90 miles unless your doing 130 or so the entire way.

However, he's not at the arcade that much anymore. Probably because he's 14 and has no job or transportation. I can testify that he could do nearly as well on arcade setups as he can at home, becasue I've also seen him.

He's a cocky brat about everything though, so everyone that knows him pretty much hates him.

Because the song doesn't have anything extremely difficult in it that would make it an 11 or up...
